I went to meet Emily, a friend from UCSB I met during Costa Rica study abroad, her husband, and a few friends at Cafe Muse in West Hollywood tonight. It's a very chill cafe with a nice selection of vegan/vegetarian food, and her old roommates just so happened to be performing.
I think they have live music pretty regularly and if that's not reason enough, I'll definitely be back for the food. If you go, try the reuben (vegetarian turkey, sauerkraut, vegan cheddar cheese on pumpernickel) with sweet potato fries.
